The wine region

Spain most prominent arrival on the international scene in the 90´s, Priorat has become one of the most exciting wine regions in Spain.

The region, an hour and a half southwest of Barcelona, features a rugged terrain which constitutes a fundamental element in the quality and character of the wines.

Local gastronomy

In the province of Tarragona, once the seat of Roman power in Spain, you can find a good mix of seafoods by the city and in the mountainous regions enjoy the game and meats, often made in sauces designed to accompany the wines. Two of the most typical and best dishes are Romesco and Rossejat, tpyical seafaring meals.
