DAY 1 Tuesday SEPTEMBER 20
Arrive at Barcelona Airport. Transfer to the hotel. After lunch a walking tour around the area, followed by a brief overview of the tour activities/question and answer period before welcome dinner.
DAY 2 Wednesday SEPTEMBER 21
Breakfast at hotel. Walking tour of Barcelona. Visits to the Sagrada Familia, Pedrera, and the Gothic neighborhood. After lunch, afternoon at leisure to explore the city´s shopping district. Dinner at a seafood restaurant on the beach.
DAY 3 Thursday SEPTEMBER 22
Breakfast at hotel. Morning trip around the outskirts of Barcelona, taking in some of the lesser-known sites of the city. Lunch at a typical Masia-style restuarant. Return to Barcelona for evening at leisure.
DAY 4 Friday SEPTEMBER 23
Breakfast at hotel. After a brief explanation of the holiday(Dia de la Mercé, Patron Saint of Barcelona), a morning tour of Plaza Catalunya, Las Ramblas and the port. Afternoon at leisure to stroll the streets and experience the festivities and atmosphere of the city.
DAY 5 Saturday SEPTEMBER 24
Breakfast at hotel. Day at leisure.
DAY 6 Sunday SEPTEMBER 25
Breakfast at hotel. Trip to Montserrat mountain to visit the famous monastary and witness the spectacular views from the mountain.
DAY 7 Monday SEPTEMBER 26
Breakfast at airport. Transfer to airport. Return to the USA.
