I just returned from a few days in Madrid. And I have one thing to say: WOW. WOW. WOW. WOW. WOW. WOW. WOW. WOW. WOW. WOW. WOW. WOW. And WOW!!! Clearly the coolest city I've ever spent time.

We have taken many vacations together as a family, exploring much of the U.S. including Alaska, and visiting Germany, France, Spain and Norway. Our travel experience makes us a “tough customer” in that we like a certain pace, have high expectations and desire the ability to explore and experience a new environment and culture by tasting the native cuisine and experiencing the customs in our own individual ways.
All that to say that with all of our varied and unique requirements, you were able to accommodate us extremely well … thank you for meeting our needs and creating a truly magical vacation for us … in fact two in our party voted this the “best vacation yet” and the other three rated this trip among the top several trips!
For your information, the magic of this trip was due to a variety of factors including - the beauty of the country, the traditions of Three Kings Day with nativity scenes and Christmas decorations all around us including the open air markets, the charm of Frigiliana, the vastness of the Caves, the splendor of the Alhambra, the passion of the flamenco dancers, the exquisite cuisine that we devoured in the restaurants that you selected for us, the variety and quantity of items at AC Hotel breakfast buffets, the lovely hotel accommodations and your special touch in getting us a room with a balcony view on our first night, the frequency of the naps that were scheduled, rawness of the Malaga meat and seafood market, the seeded grapes for “the eating of the 12 grapes,” and last but not least, your professionalism throughout including your “meetings” to review the itinerary and fill out the final customer satisfaction - all contributed to the wonderful trip!

Ditto for me. Just a couple of additional points: 1) it was nice not have to sweat the details (rental cars, driving, directions, dining reservations, etc.), especially since our trip was such a short one (too short!); 2) it was great to have “experts” create an exciting itinerary for us and tell us about the places, people and customs, not to mention translate the menus; 3) your sensitivity to our needs was much appreciated…we knew you were doing everything you could to make our time in Spain truly special; and, finally, 4) the fried eggplant with molasses is to die for!
In short, I definitely felt we got value for our money and I would strongly recommend others contact you to experience The Spanish Touch.

Thank you so much for a great trip! I had a blast. What I liked was the balance, we had enough time to see what we wanted to see but we were always moving. It was also nice to have some down time in the afternoon to nap or whatever. Some days it was hard to get up but I always knew I could nap. I think out of everything we did, I enjoyed Frigiliana the most! Definitely the best vacation ever!

We would recommend "The Spanish Touch". We got to see a great deal in a short period of time, and also got a lot of information we would not have gotten on our own. It was comforting to be with a guide who knew the language.

Our situation was a bit unique. Upon arrival in Barcelona we found that our luggage had not arrived. We spent several hours in the airport trying to sort this out and consequently were unable to tour Montserrat as planned. But all was not lost. Our tour guides, were superb. They helped with the language at the airport and then took us for a tour of the city. We then went for tapas and wine at a local restaurant. They were both very knowledgeable about the architecture and points of interest in Barcelona. They were also helpful in advising where we could shop to pick up emergency items we needed for our cruise as we still had not received our luggage 2 days later.
We would certainly recommend this company to provide a very enjoyable tour.
